I offer obeisance to the God and Goddess,
The limitless primal parents of the universe.
They are not entirely the same,
Nor are they not the same.
We cannot say exactly what they are.
How sweet is their union!
The whole world is too small to contain them,
Yet they live happily in the smallest particle.
These two are the only ones
Who dwell in this home called the universe.
When the Master of the house sleeps,
The Mistress stays awake,
And performs the functions of both.
When He awakes, the whole house disappears,
And nothing at all is left.
Two lutes: one note.
Two flowers: one fragrance.
Two lamps: one light.
Two lips: one word.
Two eyes: one sight.
These two: one universe.
In unity there is little to behold;
So She, the mother of abundance,
Brought forth the world as play.
He takes the role of Witness
Out of love of watching Her.
But when Her appearance is withdrawn,
The role of Witness is abandoned as well.
Through Her,
He assumes the form of the universe;
Without Her,
He is left naked.
If night and day were to approach the Sun,
Both would disappear.
In the same way, their duality would vanish
If their essential Unity were seen.
In fact, the duality of Shiva and Shakti
Cannot exist in that primal unitive state
From which AUM emanates.
They are like a stream of knowledge
From which a knower cannot drink
Unless he gives up himself.
Is the sound of AUM divided into three
Simple because it contains three letters?
Or is the letter 'N' divided into three
Because of the three lines by which it is formed?
So long as Unity is undisturbed,
And a graceful pleasure is thereby derived,
Why should not the water find delight
In the floral fragrance of its own rippled surface?
It is in this manner I bow
To the inseparable Shiva and Shakti.
A man returns to himself
When he awakens from sleep;
Likewise, I have perceived the God and Goddess
By waking from my ego.
When salt dissolves,
It becomes one with the ocean;
When my ego dissolved,
I became one with Shiva and Shakti.

The following is a channeled message from Archangel Gabriel through
Doreen Virtue. It is very deep and profound and asking us to look deeply into
ourselves, to see our truth, not to hide anymore or to have parts of
our lives that are hidden away but to bring everything up to the light to
be seen. All light workers are being asked to do this today, to uncover
areas of darkness and to address what is there, to step forward in truth, to
release fear of what that might entail and to allow transformation to
occur.
Through living a life of high integrity which means living and being
our truth at all times, then miracles occur, our lives open up and we move
to higher levels.
When we do that, we find ourselves living in a state of bliss and grace.

*A Message from Archangel Gabriel (excerpted from Doreen's new book,

Much of my work involves shepherding you along, wherein I coax you to
be free of lies, deceit, and half-truths. First, toward yourself. You
cower in fear and loneliness, unwilling to seek freedom and peace through
speaking your truth. That is where I come into play. I am your powerful ally in
your attempts to speak up for yourself. But I must remind you, once again,
that first you speak up TO yourself, and then you speak up FOR yourself.
Truth-telling must begin within your own being, where you allow
yourself a period of chaos and confusion, while you sort through the various
confusions that inevitably follow a close inventory of your life's picture. So
often, you wait for some far-off, future day to carefully inspect your life,
cautious that such an inventory will cause you to toss overboard
everything which you deeply value.
You will not be so careless, Holy One, but you will
become confused with various and conflicting desires. There is no way
out of this condition, but through truth-telling, and I will repeat myself:
first truth-telling to yourself.
When you take a clear-eyed, and honest, inventory of your present-day
situations, you are imbued with the power to address all concerns. But
when you remain bleary-eyed with procrastination, your own self takes a back
seat, and suffers the wounds of self-abuse. You do not deserve
secondary treatment of any form! Raise your standards considerably this day, and
fear not that conditions will become so chaotic that you are overwhelmed
with grief.
Truth-telling to yourself does not equate having to throw everything
that matters overboard. Oh, no! It is a process that equalizes the
imbalances which have thrown you off-center. You have stuffed many self-secrets
into your closets, unwilling to expose them to your own self. What do you
suppose this secret-keeping does to your very self? Think of how secrets
adversely affect any relationship, and you shall know the answer. Whenever we
create barriers within our sphere of awareness, saying, "No, I shalt not look
there!" we compartmentalize ourselves. We become split in our
awareness, and divided in our loyalties. Union with your own self requires rejoining
those split awareness's, and though this may sound lofty and complicated, it
is simple still. I am here as your guide, leading you through the
traverses of self-awareness.
You fear to look within because you harbor fears of what you may find
there. You fear finding darkness, you fear making changes based upon your
inventory, and you fear self-loathing for what you may find. All of
these fears cause you to run and to hide from your very own self. You, who
are forever linked with your Holy Self, though, cannot truly hide. You know
that there is a part of yourself which is very holy.
You also know that there is a part of yourself that is capable of
dark and dastardly schemes.
This schism causes you to avoid looking inward, cloaking yourself instead
with busyness and endless tasks that keep you enshrouded in a choked
schedule. I will lead you past the darkness, and show you to the Light that
dwelleth within you, Holy Angel! I will hold you with loving firmness, so that
you shant be afraid when you gaze upon your Holy Self. I will take you to
heights that you can only imagine, if you will but trust me for awhile.
The truth shall cast away all of your fears, as I gently guide you to look
inwardly with loving honesty.
This merely means assembling a list of that which no longer honors you
in your life. This list may include characteristics which you would like
to shed, or it may include persons, places, or conditions which no longer
serve your sacred mission. It may mean moves, changes, and new plans. Do not
let this frighten you, Holy One! I will lead you along the way. Together,
we are gathering the light of happiness into a fresh, spring bouquet which we
will share with the world.
In your world, you discuss "eliminating clutter," and this is rightly so.
The energy clings to the old, sticking you to the past like glue. And
similarly, you must be willing to eliminate the clutter from your very
essence, trusting that new light will be shed on each area which you
are willing to heal. For healing does not mean "discard." You needn't throw
away your relationships, just your relationship patterns! You needn't toss
out your home or material possessions, just the way in which they crowd you
as if they owned you! Your reorganization is a call to greater freedom, by
your willingness to speak your truth about those areas in which you feel
crowded or controlled.
When you speak up to yourself, first in consciousness, and then in
total awareness, the next steps easily follow. The difficult part is past,
and new doors then open.
As you strengthen yourself with this refreshing wave
of self-honesty, your self-integrity permeates every aspect of your life.
You shine more brightly in all of your partnerships, and others see your
love beaming from your eyes. This is the love that comes from proper
self-care, Holy One, and that is born by your having the courage to face yourself
and your life and say, "What is the truth here?"
